2 – Choozetocruise – 5 for 6 filly by one of my favourite western Canadian sires Lambretta. Strong Manitoba duo of owner/trainer Trevor Williams, and driver Glen Le Drew. Seems if this filly doesn’t get the lead she isn’t as strong, but has the post to get the lead
4 – Grit N Grace – defeated the top pick on Aug 17 and trainer Lorraine Rey is batting a robust .529 on the training side. Top two picks here both fillies look like they both want the front…should be quite an opening quarter!
6 – Lookinlikeamillion – this Armbro Baylor gelding looks like the type that might pick up the pieces if things get nutty up front. Remillard will likely have him out and rolling from the back.
